Hello Lovelies, this video is just a walk through of navigating the classroom for any of you having trouble finding your way around or snagging on something. It isn't the most exciting video but you may find it useful.

Please note it was created for the Make Create Express workshops but is mostly applicable to other workshops, the main difference being that the "lessons short cut" page is only in the Make Create Express workshops due to the extensive amount of workshops there :)

Below you will also find some trouble shooting ideas for some of the common issues people run into. If you don't find the help you need there, please email us at support@artismagic.online (not the FB group) with as much detail as you can so we can get you sorted.

Trouble Shooting

• First things to try if you are having any issues are the usual suspects of rebooting, logging in and out, or trying a different browser.

• If you are finding the videos slow to run then you might want to make sure to clear your cache and cookies, check that no other apps are running in the background (e.g. updates, cloud storage/dropbox syncing, multiple open tabs or others in the household sharing your bandwidth )and check your internet connection. You can also try pausing the video for a bit to let it buffer.

• For audio aid we suggest using the auto generated captions available on Chrome- please see the video site navigation on how to set that up/turn on or google it for text instructions.

• Navigation on a phone or tab can be tricky as there just isn't the screen real estate to have the side menu visible with the lesson (see image below for how to access the menu).

• You might also want to add our email address (hello@artismagic.online & support@artismagic.online) to your email contact list or safe list to help our emails past any spam gremlins.
