It begins in the East
With the breath in my lungs
The expansion and retraction
That is Life itself
feeding my body
feeing my mind
feeding my be-ing
It’s the sun that rises after the darkest night
The invitation and the promise of be-gining again
The Wisdom of Peace
Peace within the chaos
Peace within the unknow
Peace within the known
It’s illumination
Its Wisdom

My Bone Wisdom sits in my Belly
in the direction of The South
where fires burn the residues of death
to bring to life purity
The fire that fills the heart
and offers provision
The burning love that resides with me
The burning creativity that longs to be
set free

to the place of Flow and The Sacred Feminine

a place where emotions offer the antidote as they carry me,
without taking me over,
to the places that call to me
for healing for attention
for healing connection
This is a place for renewal and clarity

The Bone Wisdom Intuition
that fills ones Be-ing since the beginning of time
So, it is in these Healing Waters
I indulge
In the Wisdom
that lies within the love and the grief
of my being.

From this place of healing and sacred feminine,

To the place where I connect to

To the Earth in my Bones
A place of deep relations to the Earth,
all living things, and to those who came before me
Here I move into the deep stillness of my ancient wisdom
