Hali Karla is a nature-loving, mixed-media artist and multi-passionate creative practice guide who has been teaching online for 12+ years from her home in Western North Carolina. She is currently inspired by and exploring more eco-conscious choices for living & art-making, conjuring up good kitchen magic (whole food + medicine-making), and keeping a three-season organic garden. She is devoted to making space for the abundance and sense of freedom that abounds when we are both guided by creative spirit and grounded in holistic values. The Slow Down Art Life is a free newsletter where she shares encouragement, inspiration, insider peeks and more about the makings, shifts and rhythms in her creative life, practice and process. With her offerings, she hopes to encourage others to engage life in ways that welcomes their innate wholeness, embodied presence and unique creative energy into how they navigate change, see connections and make their {life} art.
